Returns and Exchange Policy
All sales through Flo State Alchemy are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges of any kind; except in the case of damaged items. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order to report the issue. In order to be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required for all return or exchange requests. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
